The surface of the parking lots and the streets within the estate are asphalted. Walkways are of stamped armoured concrete or patterned concrete cobble stones or San Geni (stairways). Terraces in the mall are of artificial cobble stones - Garden areas are adapted to Mediterranean climate, minimising the use of water.
Buildings have a structure of armoured concrete and 25 cm. thick roofing. .
Exterior walls of 29 cm. thick Termoarcilla acoustic and thermal insulating bricks are plastered and painted on exterior wall facings.
Subdividing walls between premises are of 19cm.thick Termoarcilla insulating bricks.
Exterior terrace pavement is of artificial cobble stones.
Flat roofing is tiled and has a sheet of expanded polystyrene, 30 mm. density, underneath,
with added insulation over coves.

Height. Ceilings have a height of 3 mts. and some premises have higher ceilings.
Finishings touches: Premises are sold with bare walls inside.
Flooring: Includes structure but untiled. Dividing walls between premises are of ceramic brick and unplastered. Exterior carpentry: Back windows if they appear on the plans are of metal and Climalit insulating glass. Push-button, roll- up metal shutter of stainless steel unconnected to mains. Bathrooms and fixtures: toilet and sink. Each premises has a mains for future connection to electricity and drinkable water. Electrical installations. The premises come furnished with box for future connection to mains. Cabling has not been carried out. 13,18 kW are previewed depending on the size of premises. Air conditioning and heating: Inner wall tubes for the installation of same , with specific space previewed for placing machinery either out the back of the premises or on the roof.
